Part of the peripheral surface of Paradise is taken up by the airfields designed to receive and send out the various groups of spirit personalities.

Portal. There are exactly 7 portals located across the seven superuniverses. These portals remain closed to beings of lower status than the Creator Sons or other Paradise Sons until the Powermaster himself has looked at the request and he has approved it by speaking with the Creator Son of the local universe where the being is from. He then read the entry request from the document the creature was carrying, signed by the Eternal Ancients. If all is well, the creature enters the Portal of Sacred Numbers.

The portal of sacred numbers is an antechamber that everyone must enter for purification (purification and preparation of the portal chamber). When purified, the creature enters the portal chamber.

The portal chamber is filled with gases and other remnants of purification in the Portal of Sacred Numbers. If the being's frequency matches the frequencies chosen by the Creator for that Superverse, it is taken to the door of the corresponding portal. The portal number corresponds to the origin of the entity from a superconscious of the same number and language. After which the creature is ushered into the fringe paradise. In order to do this, a primary supernaphim must be present, because only they know the codes needed to pass through this and several other doors. And this is really Paradise Island.

Lower Paradise - view from below

A. Zone of Infinity. Directly below where the Trinity is located, in the central part of the lower Paradise, is the unknown and undiscovered Zone of Infinity.

B. Nameless area

Area controlling spatial potential and force-energy:

C1. The inner zone of this force center acts apparently like a gigantic heart, whose contractions send streams of energy even to the farthest limits of physical space. It directs and modifies force-energies, but hardly sets them in motion. The tension-presence present in reality and created by this primordial force is more prominently manifested in the northern end of the Paradise Center than in the southern regions; this difference is constant. The primordial force of space appears to flow southward and flow northward as a result of the action of an unknown circulation system performing a function in connection with the propagation of this basic type of force-energy. From time to time, noticeable fluctuations also occur in the tension in the east-west direction. The forces emanating from this zone do not respond to the effects of observable physical gravity, but always obey the gravity of Heaven.

C2. The middle zone of the power center immediately surrounds the inner zone. The middle zone is clearly static if we ignore its expansion and contraction in three cycles of activity. The weakest of these pulsations occurs in an east-west direction, the next in strength in a north-south direction, while at the same time the most powerful general expansion and contraction takes place in all directions. The function of this middle zone has never been defined, but it most likely has something to do with the mutual alignment of the inner and outer zones of the power center. Many believe that the middle zone is a mechanism for managing the interstitial space or zones of rest that separate successive spatial levels of the universe; but there is neither testimony nor revelation to confirm this. Our assumption is based on the knowledge that this middle zone has something to do with the workings of the unsaturated space mechanism of the universe.

C3. The outer zone is the largest and most active of the three concentric elliptical belts of nonidentical cosmic potential. This region is the arena of unimaginable activities - the center where all radiating contours gather, rushing into space in all directions to the outer limits of the seven superuniverses and going even further, traversing the colossal and unattainable spaces of the outer cosmos. A given cosmic presence is perfectly impersonal, notwithstanding that in some undisclosed way it apparently submits indirectly to the will and disposition of the infinite Deities acting as the Trinity. It is believed to be the central point of concentration, the Paradise Center of the cosmic presence of the Unconditioned Absolute.

AL. Arch of Infinity - a special plane of existence of the Energy Organizers. They control all seven portals to Paradise Island. The creature must have credentials and show them by explaining why he wants to go to Paradise Island. If the reason is not valid, the being is detained until the Deities Themselves determine who it is and why it is trying to cross into heaven.

Apparently all varieties of force and all phases of energy are closed; they circulate in the universes and return along certain routes. But it turns out that the emanations of the activated zone of the Unconditioned Absolute can either go out into space or go back, but never both at the same time. This outer zone pulsates in gigantic cycles lasting an eternity. In the course of a little more than one billion Urantian years there is an outflow of the spatial force of this center, which is replaced by a return movement of the same duration. And the manifestations of the spatial power of this center are universal: they cover all the space available for saturation.

All types of physical force, energy and matter are one. All force-energy originates in the lower Heaven, where it is about to return after completing its circuit in space. But not all the energy and material formations of the universe of universes in their present state have their origin in the lower Paradise; space is the womb of many types of matter and prematter. Although the outer area of the power center of Heaven is the source of spatial energies, space itself does not originate here. Space is not force, energy, or matter. The respiration of space is not explained by the pulsations of these zones, and the alternating phases of energy outflow and inflow in this zone are synchronized with the two billion cycles of expansion and contraction of space.
